• No Board of Trustees (BoT) Meeting was scheduled or held in January, 2025.

• Start of 1-year period of transition to Windermere Association Management.

 

February 2025

• Board of Trustees (BoT) Meeting via Zoom, February 17, 2025, 6:00 PM.

• Start of planned hosting of SSCC records on the first Windermere Association Management (WAM) portal system.

 

February 2026

• End of 1-year agreement with Windermere Association Management (WAM), and the start of SSCC records transition from Vantaca, WAM's replacement portal system.​

• Contact the Officers of the 2025-2026 Board of Trustees to obtain a copy of the approved Meeting Minutes after May 18, 2025.

April 2026

• Completed candidate application forms are due by April 1, to be on the election ballot prior to membership voting for the nine (9) positions on the 2026-2027 Board of Trustees, prior to the Annual Meeting.
   

May 2026

• The anticipated date of the SSCC Annual Meeting is May 17.
