Reserve SSCC Facilities

SSCC Members may reserve the following community facilities for events:

  • The main floor of the Clubhouse.

The following areas are to be shared by SSCC community members, and may not be solely reserved:

  • the entire Pool Area including the lower floor of the Clubhouse,

  • the entire Grounds including the Picnic Area,

  • the entire Parking Lot,

  • the shoreline beach area and berm.

  1. Check the Recent Reservations (below) to see if a date is available.

  2. Download the Facility Use Agreement form. 

  3. Print and complete the form.

  4. Write a check for the $100.00 deposit (Optional: cash deposit). No online charging at this time.

  5. Contact Martha Fleming, Clubhouse Representative for Reservations, to arrange for dropoff or mailing of the completed form and deposit.

Recent Reservations​

  • The Clubhouse has been reserved by L. Thomas for Saturday, January 27.

  • The Clubhouse has been reserved for 2 PM, Saturday, February 10, by the Board of Trustees for an SSCC Informational Meeting about the swimming pool.
     

  • Use of the Clubhouse and other SSCC recreational property by Members with their Guests is subject to Washington State and Island County governance related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Plan ahead

  • Host a small wedding, birthday party, pool party or meeting.

  • How will your guests enter the Clubhouse or Pool Area?

    • Your key opens the East side door to the Main Floor of the Clubhouse (sun room, kitchen, living/dining room, entertainment room, bathroom). 

    • Your key opens the lower West side door to the Basement, which during Pool operating hours allows access to the Pool Area.

    • The Pool Area may be shared but not solely reserved, following the Pool Use Rules and after signing a Pool Use Agreement form.

  • Ensure that trash will be removed by the Stop Time of the event. At this time, SSCC does not provide trash removal or cleaning services.

  • Please leave the facility in good condition.

  • Know how you will ensure that all doors have been locked, on or before the Stop Time of the event.
