Reserve SSCC Facilities
SSCC Members may reserve the following community facilities for events:

The main floor of the Clubhouse.
The following areas are to be shared by SSCC community members, and may not be solely reserved:

the entire Pool Area including the lower floor of the Clubhouse,
-
the entire Grounds including the Picnic Area,
-
the entire Parking Lot,
-
the shoreline beach area and berm.

Check the Recent Reservations (below) to see if a date is available.

Download the Facility Use Agreement form.

Print and complete the form.

Write a check for the $100.00 deposit (Optional: cash deposit). No online charging at this time.

Contact Martha Fleming, Clubhouse Representative for Reservations, to arrange for dropoff or mailing of the completed form and deposit.

Recent Reservations and Available Reservation Dates​

SSCC Members should contact Martha Fleming to determine if the Clubhouse is available on a date for the requested time period. After the reservation form and check has been received, the reservation will be reflected as a reserved date on the Calendar on the Vantaca system maintained by Windermere for SSCC Members.

Plan ahead

Host a small wedding, birthday party, pool party or meeting.

How will your guests enter the Clubhouse or Pool Area?

Your key opens the east-side door to the Main Floor of the Clubhouse (sun room, kitchen, living/dining room, entertainment room, bathroom).

Your key also opens the lower west-side door to the Basement, which during Pool Area operating hours allows access to the Pool Area.

The Pool Area may be shared but not solely reserved, following the Pool Use Rules and after signing a Pool Use Agreement form.

Ensure that trash will be removed by the stop time of the event.

SSCC does not provide trash removal or cleaning services.

Please leave the facility in good condition.

Know how you will ensure that all doors have been locked, on or before the stop time of the event.
