(If needed, you may attach one page with additional information, however additional pages increase printing cost charged to the association.)
Mail the completed form to the attention of the SSCC Secretary, SSCC, P.O. Box 1401, Freeland WA 98249-1401.

See the racks located on the community lawn near the shoreline and beach.
Open the form and read the instructions.
Contact the volunteer Representative to request a space on a rack.
If there is an available space, note the space number on the form, complete the form, and send the form with your payment check to the SSCC Treasurer.

Reserve a date to use the Clubhouse.
Download, print and fill in the form.
Write a deposit check.
Mail the form and check to the attention of the SSCC Secretary:
SSCC, P.O. Box 1401, Freeland, WA 98249-1401

Be sure the expense is appropriate according to the current Treasurer or other Officer.
Save all relevant original purchase receipts.
Download, print and fill in the form.
Attach the original receipts to the form. (Keep copies if needed.)
Bring the completed form/receipts to the SSCC Treasurer
The Treasurer signs the form and delivers it to the CPA, or mails it to SSCC, P.O. Box 1401, Freeland, WA 98249-1401, or sends a scanned copy to the CPA by email.
A payment check will be mailed to you.
